These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the website www.chefmattmccomb.com & www.chefmattsculinary.com (the "Websites") and the services provided by Chef Matt’s Culinary Creations LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing the Website or booking our services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Services

Chef Matt’s Culinary Creations LLC offers private chef services, meal prep, cooking classes, and special event catering. Specific terms of service, pricing, and availability are provided at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your date.

• Full payment is due by the agreed-upon date prior to your service.

• Grocery costs are invoiced separately and reimbursed by the client in full.

• Payment constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Cancellations made less than [72 hours] before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service fee.

• No refunds will be issued for grocery reimbursements after purchase.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide a clean and safe working environment.

• Clean out trash cans, sinks, counter space prior to event

• Provide Refrigeration & Freezer access to the Chef

• Disclose all allergies, dietary restrictions, or special needs prior to service.

• Allow reasonable access to kitchen facilities, tools, and appliances.

• Have Table and Chair & Plate and Silverware settings prepared unless otherwise discussed

5. Allergies & Food Safety

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, Chef Matt’s Culinary Creations LLC is not liable for any allergic reactions unless previously disclosed and agreed upon in writing.

6. Liability

You agree to release and hold harmless Chef Matt’s Culinary Creations LLC, its owners, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of your premises or consumption of our food, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including but not limited to logos, menus, photos, and text—is the property of Chef Matt’s Culinary Creations LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
